For over 89 years, the Junior League of San Antonio, Inc. has received the support of its members and donors to drive the mission and our community forward to address the pressing needs of our most vulnerable citizens. This fiscal year, JLSA will cover 54% of its expenses with fundraising events. But that is not enough to meet the rising need. Direct donations to our mission to promote voluntarism, women's leadership, and community impact are sorely needed.
The Annual Fund allows for donors to make a gift in support of our mission without the expectation of anything in return - the truest form of philanthropy. Gifts to Annual Fund allow for critical growth in our program budget, therefore critical growth in giving is a very important focus for JLSA. Growth in philanthropic annual giving will have a direct bearing on the ability to increase membership, training, and community impact.
