AJLI Services

AJLI’s professional staff provides services to Junior League leaders through individual consultations, regional training sessions and national and international meetings.  Each League has a designated liaison to help members locate valuable resources.  Areas of assistance include:

  • Organizational leadership training
  • Sound financial management
  • Effective fundraising
  • Comprehensive marketing communications
  • Long-term strategic planning
  • Membership development, training and retention

Association services and products are focused on three broad Ends that the AJLI Board has determined are of highest priority for the organization:

  • Junior Leagues have the capability to create environments that lead to greater personal and leadership development of all Junior League members
  • Junior Leagues have an acknowledged positive shared identity
  • Junior Leauges have the expertise and internal structures necessary to be vital and effective organizations

The Association encourages an approach to community impact that involves direct service, public awareness and advocacy.  AJLI also produces a number of resources to provide technical assistance, background information and strategies for community impact.
