Beat the Humbug 2020: A Holiday Olé event
November 5-7, 2020
With great excitement and anticipation, the Junior League of San Antonio had planned to bring back the beloved Holiday Olé Market for its 25th anniversary in November 2020. Based on feedback from the Holiday Olé Market Committee and Board of Directors, and out of careful consideration for the health and safety of our members, volunteers, and community, the Junior League of San Antonio has decided to move to a virtual fundraiser.
This November, we are proud to present Beat the Humbug 2020: A Holiday Olé Event. Beat the Humbug 2020 will include a luxury raffle, a silent auction with items from our favorite Holiday Olé Market and Fall Fest merchants, and two virtual parties.

Silent Auction
Registrations is now open for bidding. The auction will open on November 5th at 7 am CTS. Bidding will end on Saturday, November 7th at 10 pm CST. Follow us on social media for sneak peaks of the items featured in our auction!

Please note: You must be at least 21 years of age to participate. Photo identification will be checked upon item pick up. Larger items (or any basket containing alcoholic items) must be picked up locally, where ID’s will be checked. Smaller items, like certificates, can be mailed to winners.From curated gift baskets to a private coaching session and pilates classes, our silent auction will include items and experiences donated by generous businesses throughout our community.

Local baker and merrymaker Jessica Hall, owner of Baked Goodness, will guide you and your kids through a family friendly Christmas cookie decorating class. Cookie kits will include 6 cookies (3 to decorate during the party and 3 to decorate on your own), icing, and toppings. Families will also receive a digital booklet with recipes, tips, and tricks. The decorating class will be followed by a visit from the big man himself – Santa! As your children enjoy the icing of their labor, Santa will read “Twas the Night Before Christmas.” |
