The Bright Shawl Welcomes Caterer True Flavors
On June 15th, the Bright Shawl welcomed caterer True Flavors to fully manage our historic facility. We are excited to have the Hernandez Family (Mark, Denise, and chef Johnny) and their employees as partners in our shared endeavor.
You may have noticed that True Flavors has catered events for over a year - including the Alamo Wine Dinner - now we are making it official! If you're not familiar with True Flavors catering, you may be familiar with their restaurant concepts: La Gloria, La Fruteria, & El Machito. If you are interested in having an event with us, please visit the Bright Shawl page or contact us at email@example.com.
